The three services differ in depth and duration — not in these principles.

Retirement Document Organisation
A hands-on session to help you gather, sort, and label your retirement-related paperwork — statements, identification, employment records, and correspondence — into a single, easy-to-find folder, paper or digital. Purely administrative help with organising your own documents; no advice on entitlements is given, and you keep full control of everything.
What's included:
- Initial inventory of all documents brought to the session
- Sorting by document type and date range
- Labelling and folder setup — paper or digital, your choice
- Brief explanation of what each document type typically represents
- Reference handout on common document categories
Session steps:
- Lay out documents and do a quick count by type
- Sort into main categories (identity, pension, employment, correspondence)
- Label each section clearly; set up physical tabs or digital folders
- Walk through what each category typically contains and why it matters
- Note any gaps and explain which official body to contact to obtain missing items
Pension Systems Education Workshop
A small-group informational workshop explaining, in plain language, how public and workplace retirement frameworks generally work: common terms, the kinds of statements people receive, and which official bodies publish authoritative information. Educational only, with handouts and links to official sources. No individual case is assessed.
What's included:
- Half-day group session (max 8 participants)
- Printed handout pack with key terms and explanations
- List of official bodies and where to find authoritative information
- Q&A time within the session (general questions only)
- Light refreshments at our Ratchathewi office

Records Navigation Support Package
A guided, multi-session package helping you read and file your own statements, build a simple personal timeline, and locate the correct official channels and helplines to contact yourself. Includes a tidy reference checklist. We organise information and signpost; we do not act on anyone's behalf or interpret eligibility.
What's included:
- 3 to 4 structured meetings (approx. 90 minutes each)
- Complete document organisation and labelling
- Personal employment and pension history timeline (your own document)
- Reference checklist for contacting official channels
- Post-session email support for two weeks per session
Package structure across sessions:
- Session 1: Full document inventory and initial sort
- Session 2: Deep labelling, folder creation, and statement review
- Session 3: Timeline construction and gap identification
- Session 4 (if needed): Review, checklist finalisation, and signpost briefing

Fees are confirmed before sessions begin. No variable charges, no add-on billing for standard materials or routine follow-up.
